Job summary

Elusav Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Package Manager for a large apartment project within a growing MEP business unit. You will manage the Electrical Systems package, drive HSE culture on site, and coordinate with the Project Manager, QA, and Engineering teams on schedule and cost controls.

Ideal candidates will have a trade or third-level qualification with 5+ years in management, and strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage electrical packages on large projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in design-and-build environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Systems package and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee site safety, QA, schedule, and cost management for your package.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and engineering teams.
• Report weekly on progress, costs, risks, and snagging status.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and QA documentation.
• Attend site meetings and project reviews, supporting handover and closeout.
