Job summary

Arup in Dublin is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design of cutting-edge electrical systems for diverse building projects. This permanent role offers strong development opportunities within a collaborative environment, with openness to contractors.

You will drive design from concept through installation and commissioning, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with architects, clients and other engineering disciplines while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-qualification design experience within a consultancy environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the design of Building Services Electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for projects from concept through to commissioning.
• Develop innovative and sustainable electrical solutions using the latest technologies and best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster learning and growth.
• Collaborate with architects, clients and other engineering disciplines for seamless project integration.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
