Qualifications
- Undergraduate or bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Building Services related fields.
- Knowledge of electrical building services design principles.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, DIALux Evo and/or Trimble ProDesign.
Responsibilities
- Design power distribution, lighting, fire detection, earthing and lightning protection systems for building projects.
- Undertake short circuit, overcurrent coordination and maximum demand studies.
- Carry out lighting calculations and photometric modelling.
- Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
- Develop designs and models using Revit MEP in a 3D BIM environment.
- Collaborate with Architects, Fire Engineers and other disciplines to develop integrated design solutions.
- Support delivery of innovative, sustainable and technically excellent projects.
