AECOM is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Electrical Engineer to join our Dublin team. This leadership role manages the delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects across healthcare, education, transport, event centres, and data centres, blending technical excellence with client relationship skills.

You will lead project teams from concept to completion, ensure quality and sustainability, and work with diverse consultants to deliver integrated engineering solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards chartership.
• Extensive experience in building services electrical engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, electrical design standards, and relevant international codes.
• Demonstrated experience managing project finances, programmes, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the electrical engineering design and delivery of major building projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to electrical engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Act as Project Manager or Discipline Lead on complex projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposal preparation, fee development, and project interviews.
• Coordinate closely with mechanical, structural, civil, architecture, and specialist consultants to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Irish and international design standards, statutory regulations, and industry best practices.
• Lead design reviews, value engineering workshops, and risk management activities.
• Oversee project resourcing, financial performance, and commercial management of electrical engineering commissions.
