MSD Dundalk is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist to lead site-wide Environmental, Health & Safety programmes at our vaccines manufacturing facility. You will partner with site leadership to embed a strong safety culture, develop procedures, training and governance, and drive continuous improvement across regulatory compliance and risk management.

In this role you will steer investigations, implement corrective actions, support regulatory interactions, and mentor teams to reduce risk.

Competenze

• Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related.
• Significant EHS experience in pharma/manufacturing environments.
• Experience developing and implementing EHS programmes, policies and site-wide compliance initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting and regulatory compliance frameworks.

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety programmes across the site.
• Partner with site leadership and operational teams to embed a strong culture of safety, compliance, and risk awareness.
• Develop and implement EHS procedures, standards, training programmes, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support on environmental, health, safety and compliance matters.
• Lead and support EHS risk assessments, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support interactions with regulatory agencies and ensure permit/compliance requirements are met.
