You will drive continuous improvement, manage audits, partner with Manufacturing, QA, and ESG teams, and ensure compliance with Irish and international regulations while advancing sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field; NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.
• 5+ years' EHS experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with EHS audits, incident investigations, and sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programmes and risk management aligned with regulatory standards.
• Drive internal/external audits and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Technical, Manufacturing, and Project teams to embed EHS in operations.
• Support ESG data collection and sustainability reporting.
