Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking an EHS Advisor to provide guidance on Environment, Health and Safety for the Limerick project. The role involves implementing and maintaining the Kirby management system, coordinating EHS matters across Project Management Teams, and reporting EHS performance to the Project Manager and EHS Manager.

The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day EHS requirements, ensure RAMS and site documents are up to date, and travel between projects with overnight stays as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in EHS-related industry.
• NFQ 8 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
• ISO14000 / ISO45000 system auditor.
• Experience with CDM regulations and site safety.
• IOSH member or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EHS plans, inductions, RAMS and approvals with project teams.
• Audit and inspect projects; drive corrective actions and continuous EHS improvements.
• Prepare Monthly KPI reports, site safety files and RAMS updates.
• Investigate incidents with root-cause analysis and report to management.
