Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering in Limerick seeks an EHS Advisor to guide Environment, Health and Safety practices across projects, implementing the Kirby management system and coordinating EHS matters with project teams. The role involves travel between projects and potential on-site deployment.

We expect 5+ years in a similar role, NFQ 8 in OHS, Safe Pass, CSCS, and strong communication skills to drive safety and compliance across the client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar industry.
• Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and CSA preferable.
• IOSH member or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training in all EHS matters to management and workers.
• Coordinate internal audits and site inspections with site management.
• Prepare project-specific EHS Plans, induction and RAMS.
• Ensure that RAMS and site plans are up to date and compliant with regulations.
• Report incidents, KPIs and trends to the EHS Manager and Project Manager.
