Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Graduate EHS Advisor to provide Environment, Health and Safety guidance across project teams. You will implement and maintain the Kirby management system, coordinating EHS matters and reporting to the EHS Manager. The role requires travel between projects and may involve overnight stays.

The successful candidate will support Project Managers, supervisors and workers, lead training, and help ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Relevant EHS qualification required.
• Excellent communication skills in presentations, reports and writing.
• Proactive, deadline-driven and up-to-date with legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS guidance to management, safety representatives and employees.
• Lead training delivery and RAMS development for projects.
• Audit projects and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Prepare project-specific EHS plans, inductions and RAMS with site teams.
• Update EHS plans, RAMS and related documents and communicate to stakeholders.
• Maintain site safety files and ensure regulatory compliance across projects.
