Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking an EHS Advisor to support our Dublin/Leinster projects. You will provide Environment, Health and Safety guidance, implement and maintain the Kirby management system, and coordinate EHS matters with project teams.

The role involves frequent travel between projects and may require overnight stays. Responsibilities include leading EHS audits, RAMS, inductions, and site safety plans; reporting KPIs; training the workforce; and ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in EHS for construction/engineering
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and CDM
  • Proven ability to run audits, RAMS and site safety files
  • Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide EHS guidance to project teams and management
  • Maintain Kirby EHS management system across projects
  • Coordinate EHS requirements with Project Managers and Site Managers
  • Prepare project EHS Plans, RAMS and inductions
  • Report EHS KPIs and trends to management
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with site safety documents and regulations
  • Deliver training and safety awareness to workforce
