Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Center for Intelligent Power in Dublin seeks a Senior Engineer, Embedded Systems Design to lead the design and development of edge intelligence platforms. You will combine hands-on embedded work with technical leadership across projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities include architecture for hardware-integrated software, DSP/ML workloads, and cross-functional collaboration, using agile methods to deliver robust, scalable embedded solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in embedded C/C++ development with delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded software and analytics for edge devices across projects.
• Prototype, test, and integrate hardware-software solutions.
• Design and optimise DSP/ML workloads on embedded platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
