Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years full software lifecycle experience.
• 10+ years architecting embedded software systems.
• Ability to read hardware schematics.
• Experience in Agile teams using Git branching & merging.
• Experience designing signal processing chains in software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements for complex systems to manage power in datacenters.
• Create robust, extensible, scalable architectures addressing identified requirements.
• Choose platforms, frameworks and tools that fit system requirements.
• Architect high-performance real-time embedded software balance with constraints.
• Produce documentation to support software architecture definition (diagrams, data flows).
• Mentor junior to staff engineers and drive process improvements including AI adoption.
