Earthworks Ganger roles available with 3D Personnel Ltd in Annascaul, Co. Kerry. Two positions on a two-year road project between Tralee and Dingle require oversight of earthworks, drainage and kerbing to specification.

Candidates should have proven road-works experience, Safe Pass/CSCS tickets and a valid driving licence. Competitive hourly rate and long-term career prospects on a major Irish project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Earthworks Ganger on road projects.
• Roads, earthworks and drainage experience preferred.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and site tickets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise civils crews, plant and subcontractors.
• Organise daily labour, plant and materials.
• Deliver earthworks, drainage, ducting, kerbing and structures safely and to specification.
• Work closely with engineers on setting out and quality.
• Carry out daily briefings and maintain site records.
