Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd. is recruiting a Civils Foreman for a major road project in Co. Cork. You will supervise civils crews, manage plant and subcontractors, and ensure earthworks, drainage, ducting and structures are delivered safely and to specification.

The role requires proven Foreman/General Foreman experience on civil engineering projects, valid Safe Pass and CSCS, strong leadership and clear communication, and a full driving licence. Accommodation is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman / General Foreman on civil engineering projects.
• Roads, earthworks and drainage experience.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civils crews, plant and subcontractors.
• Organise daily labour, plant and materials.
• Deliver earthworks, drainage, ducting, kerbing and structures safely and to specification.
• Work closely with engineers on setting out and quality.
• Carry out daily briefings and maintain site records.
