Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland seeks a client-facing Dynamics 365 Lead Architect to own enterprise architecture across large engagements. Shape D365 and Power Platform strategies, set governance, and guide delivery teams to ensure high-quality solutions.

You will mentor architects and senior consultants, drive architectural standards, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership on technology decisions and risk management.

Qualifications

• Deep experience architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions in complex organisations.
• Track record of supporting origination, proposals or practice growth alongside delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and acting as a trusted senior technical advisor to C-suite or senior business stakeholders.

Role overview: We are seeking a client-facing Dynamics 365 Lead Architect to own enterprise business application architecture across large engagements and act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership. You'll shape business outcomes into scalable D365 and Power Platform strategies, set technical direction and governance across delivery teams, and help grow our architecture capability and practice.

Key responsibilities

• Support origination, proposals and estimation for new D365 opportunities, shaping solution strategy ahead of sale.
• Set architecture standards and reusable patterns across engagements and mentor architects and senior consultants to build practice capability.
• Lead discovery and translate functional and non-functional requirements into solution architectures and delivery roadmaps.
• Design D365 applications, Dataverse data models, integrations, security, environment strategy and application lifecycle management.
• Define extension approaches across configuration, Power Platform, plug-ins, custom services and Azure integration services.
• Own architecture strategy and assurance across the portfolio, setting the standard for technical quality and risk management.
• Guide developers and functional consultants, conduct design and code reviews, and resolve complex delivery issues.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client and business leadership, shaping technology strategy beyond individual projects.

Qualifications, skills and experience

• Deep experience architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions in complex organisations.
• Track record of supporting origination, proposals or practice growth alongside delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and acting as a trusted senior technical advisor to C-suite or senior business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of security, integration, data migration, performance, resiliency, ALM and governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and structured problem-solving skills.
