Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a senior data security specialist to lead DSPM and DLP governance across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments. You will classify data, manage access, tune policies, and collaborate with risk and incident response teams to protect sensitive information.

You will implement DSPM posture, develop DLP rules, and deliver risk-based reports for stakeholders while staying compliant with GDPR and related standards. A proactive, cross‑functional mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information security.
• Several years of hands‑on experience with DLP and DSPM technologies.
• Experience implementing DSPM/DLP across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Discover, classify, and monitor sensitive data across data stores and cloud services.
• Develop, configure, and tune DLP policies and rules with business alignment.
• Enforce least privilege and manage data access permissions.
• Collaborate with incident response to contain data security incidents.
• Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders and executives.
• Stay compliant with GDPR, DORA, and related standards.
