Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Process Owner for Product Quality Reporting to join our Innovative Medicine Quality organization in Beerse, Belgium or Cork, Ireland. You will own end-to-end BPDR, FAR, APR and PQR processes, driving governance, data quality, and continuous improvement across a global matrix.

You will lead across sites and functions, define standards, enable digital analytics, and ensure inspection readiness while guiding a diverse, high-impact quality network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similarly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of global GxP and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Global process ownership for BPDR, FAR, APR, and PQR processes.
• Provide governance, decision rights, and escalation pathways.
• Lead data gathering, interpretation of data and trends, and remediation opportunities.
• Drive a globally consistent process framework with appropriate local/regulatory variations.
• Lead a global Community of Practice and ensure inspection readiness.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
