Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single accountable business owner for Planning Transformation, owning the roadmap, priorities, value case, milestones, dependencies, risks and executive reporting.
  • Define and deploy standard global planning processes, decision rights, governance, roles and escalation paths across business units and functions.
  • Own business requirements and design authority for the planning solution landscape, ensuring technology enables the target operating model rather than replicating current workarounds.
  • Establish baselines, outcome measures and value tracking linked to service, inventory, cost, productivity and revenue objectives.
  • Design the Planning COE mandate, organization, service model and governance; lead standards, KPI definitions, analytics, training, certification, maturity assessment and continuous improvement.
  • Own the Supply Chain Item domain, including policy, governance, stewardship, workflow, controls, data quality, issue remediation and alignment across source and consuming systems.
  • Partner with IT, Data and AI leaders to create a trusted planning data foundation, common definitions and scalable analytics and AI capabilities.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment, communications, capability building and adoption so leaders and planners are prepared to operate in the new model.
  • Direct internal teams and external partners, manage deliverable quality and knowledge transfer, and build the internal capability required to sustain the transformation.

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a high-performing Senior Director, Planning Transformation who will act as the senior business lead for Planning Transformation, translating the enterprise planning vision into an integrated roadmap, measurable business outcomes and sustained adoption across Bausch + Lomb. The successful applicant will lead the redesign and deployment of end-to-end planning capabilities across demand, supply, inventory, S&OE and IBP as well as establish and lead a global Planning Centre of Excellence responsible for standards, governance, capability building, performance management and continuous improvement. They will also have full ownership of the Supply Chain Item Master Data domain, including governance, stewardship, data quality, timeliness and cross-system consistency.

This role is global, working across all business units, regions, manufacturing sites and external supply networks and may require travel where necessary. The role leads through direct reports, matrixed business resources and external partners.

This role can be based in Ireland, Amsterdam or the USA
