Job summary

Bausch & Lomb seeks a Senior Director, Planning Transformation to lead the global planning agenda. You will own the roadmap across demand, supply, inventory, S&OE and IBP, drive standards, governance and capability building, and partner with IT and Data/AI to enable trusted planning data foundations.

The role is global, with travel as needed, and reports to senior executives. Based in Ireland, Amsterdam, or the US, you will lead a high-performing team and external partners to sustain the

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree and/or professional qualification is advantageous.
• Strong experience in end-to-end planning and transformation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Planning Transformation and strategic roadmap.
• Define global planning processes, governance, roles, and escalation paths.
• Own planning solution design and operating model alignment.
• Establish baselines, metrics, and value tracking for service, inventory, cost, and revenue.
• Design Planning COE mandate, governance, KPI definitions and analytics.

• Defineanddeploystandardglobalplanningprocesses,decisionrights,governance,rolesandescalationpathsacrossbusinessunitsandfunctions.
• Ownbusinessrequirementsanddesignauthorityfortheplanningsolutionlandscape,ensuringtechnologyenablesthetargetoperatingmodelratherthanreplicatingcurrentworkarounds.
• Establishbaselines,outcomemeasuresandvaluetrackinglinkedtoservice,inventory,cost,productivityandrevenueobjectives.
• DesignthePlanningCOEmandate,organization,servicemodelandgovernance;leadstandards,KPIdefinitions,analytics,training,certification,maturityassessmentandcontinuousimprovement.
• OwntheSupplyChainItemdomain,includingpolicy,governance,stewardship,workflow,controls,dataquality,issueremediationandalignmentacrosssourceandconsumingsystems.
