Gilead Sciences Ireland UC is seeking a Director, Global Manufacturing ERP Strategy Lead to shape the ERP-enabled manufacturing landscape. You will align shop-floor needs with standardized processes and govern the global ERP roadmap across Clinical and Commercial Manufacturing, CMOs, and related systems.

The role requires leading large-scale SAP implementations, strong cGMP knowledge, and a track record in driving transformation and adoption across functions such as IT, Finance, and Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD with extensive relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementations in manufacturing or life sciences.
• Deep understanding of cGMP manufacturing operations, planning, supply chain and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Establish and own the target-state process architecture, governance, and Manufacturing business roadmap for ERP-enabled processes.
• Define and standardize global Manufacturing processes across internal Clinical and Commercial Manufacturing sites and applicable CMOs, and translate priorities into ERP requirements.
• Define metrics and decision frameworks to ensure long-term sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing digital systems.
• Lead ERP-enabled end-to-end process mapping and optimization from development to commercial and from production planning to shipment.
• Lead cross-functional Manufacturing process governance with IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory.
• Approve process standards, controls, data definitions; coordinate with ERP Transformation Lead for deployment and adoption.
• Own Manufacturing readiness and adoption for approved process changes, including training and sustainment.
• Coordinate change management plans and deployment communications with stakeholders.
• Forecast and manage CAPEX, OPEX, and headcount for deployment and sustainment of Global Manufacturing systems.
• Lead and develop the matrixed Global Manufacturing ERP process-owner network.
