E-Frontiers is seeking a Senior Director for Corporate Finance & Restructuring to lead high-profile engagements across M&A, finance transformation, and business improvement. You will work with CFOs and senior leaders to shape strategic finance initiatives.

The role blends deep finance expertise with AI, automation and advanced analytics, offering collaboration with experienced partners and a path to market leadership in Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 10+ years in finance, consulting or corporate finance.
• Strong background in financial modelling, transaction support, finance transformation or restructuring.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex Corporate Finance & Restructuring engagements across the full deal and business lifecycle.
• Support clients with M&A, due diligence, financial modelling, forecasting, capital raising, and transaction execution.
• Drive finance transformation, operating model improvements, and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Advise on restructuring, cash management, working capital optimisation, and business improvement programmes.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the Irish and EMEA client base.
