Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; typically 13+ years of professional experience with 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, and people-management responsibilities.
• Experience directing complex operations across multiple sub-functions or locations with accountability for large budgets and enterprise performance.
• Proven success leading transformation programs, vendor portfolios, and cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop senior leaders, shape organizational strategy, and influence executive-level decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Direct development and execution of integrated business strategies, partnering with VPs and senior executives to shape enterprise outcomes.
• Lead strategic planning, prioritization, and delivery of large-scale initiatives across multiple sub-functions or locations.
• Establish functional standards, governance processes, and performance metrics to ensure value delivery and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee implementation of high-impact technology, operational, and process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary advisor to senior leadership on modernization, automation, cloud, and transformation strategies.
• Manage divisional budgets, capital planning, cost-reduction initiatives, investment decisions, and financial transparency efforts.
• Direct vendor strategy, contract negotiations, service-level oversight, and lifecycle management across platforms.
• Lead long-range workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development programs.
• Drive cross-functional change leadership, ensuring communication and adoption of major transformation initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership by assessing emerging trends, developing executive recommendations, and challenging conventional approaches.
