Job summary

BNY is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager (Director / Senior Director) to lead Digital Asset initiatives within the Structured Debt Platform in Corporate Trust. You will shape product strategy, drive innovation, and oversee delivery of tokenized asset capabilities across securitization and structured finance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience required in securities or financial services.
• Demonstrated success leading greenfield product initiatives from concept through launch and scale.
• Proven experience in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and smart contracts within capital markets or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Experience launching new products, platforms, or business capabilities with measurable client adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for Digital Asset Securitization solutions within Corporate Trust, identifying opportunities across tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and digital servicing workflows.
• Lead the incubation and development of greenfield product initiatives, translating market opportunities and emerging technologies into scalable business solutions.
• Develop product vision, business cases, operating models, and commercialization strategies for new digital asset offerings.
• Align product strategy with market needs across public and private securitization (CLO, ABS, MBS, and other forms of collateralized notes).
• Partner with Enterprise Digital Asset and Product Innovation teams to advance digital asset transformation initiatives.
• Drive solutions supporting tokenized securities, digital issuance, investor reporting, custody integration, and lifecycle automation.
