Job summary

We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a strategic, business-critical initiative focused on Digital Assets within a leading Financial Services environment. This is an opportunity to drive complex, high-profile transformation across an evolving financial ecosystem, bringing together traditional financial markets, emerging digital asset capabilities and innovative technology.

You will lead the delivery of multiple interconnected workstreams spanning Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), Digital Custody, Digital Cash, Payment Networks and Digitally Native Funds. Working closely with senior leaders across Business, Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Legal, you will turn strategic ambition into tangible business outcomes.

We’re looking for a commercially minded delivery leader who understands the complexities of financial services, thrives in a highly collaborative environment and can navigate the opportunities and challenges of institutional digital asset adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead strategic transformation: Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes, ensuring alignment with business strategy, organisational priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Shape the digital asset roadmap: Translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and execution roadmaps across multiple business and technology domains.
• Drive innovation across financial markets: Oversee initiatives involving DLT, digital custody, digital cash, payment networks and digitally native funds, helping bring emerging capabilities into institutional financial services.
• Bring stakeholders together: Build strong partnerships across Investment, Trading, Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Legal to drive alignment and maintain delivery momentum.
• Own programme governance: Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and resources, providing clear, actionable reporting to executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Navigate complexity: Identify delivery challenges early, resolve competing priorities and drive critical programme decisions across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Embed risk and regulatory considerations: Ensure operational resilience, regulatory obligations, compliance requirements and appropriate controls are integrated throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Champion effective delivery: Apply Agile, SAFe and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, adapting the delivery approach to the needs of the programme and its stakeholders.
• Influence at senior level: Communicate progress, risks and strategic decisions with confidence, bringing clarity and structure to complex initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years’ experience in programme and project delivery within Financial Services.
• A strong track record of delivering large-scale, complex business and technology transformation programmes.
• Experience within Asset Management, Capital Markets or Financial Markets, with a solid understanding of the associated business and operational landscape.
• Practical exposure to Digital Assets, blockchain, Distributed Ledger Technology or asset tokenisation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Strong executive communication, governance and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience delivering through Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with familiarity with SAFe environments.
• A strong understanding of programme controls, risk management, dependencies, financial oversight and delivery assurance.
• A relevant professional qualification such as SAFe RTE, MSP, APM/APMP, PMP or PRI
