Qualifications

• 10+ years in Financial Services, asset management and custody.
• Experience defining requirements for new products and capabilities.
• Strong data analysis to identify trends and data quality issues.
• Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Knowledge of fund management, trade lifecycle, settlements and back-office ops.
• Ability to work with Product, Operations, Tech, Risk and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape requirements for new digital assets and financial markets products.
• Elicit, analyze and document complex business and functional requirements.
• Develop process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform current-state and gap analysis; design target-state.
• Conduct data analysis and data mapping across systems.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end.
• Bridge business and technology teams through delivery lifecycle.
