Job summary

Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) seeks a senior leader to define and own the target-state data architecture and multi-year roadmap for PGS & Enterprise Solutions. This role partners with business data owners and engineers to implement standards, data contracts, and a canonical data model across domains.

The candidate will lead Domain Technical Data Stewardship, governance in a GxP environment, and collaboration with enterprise capabilities to ensure compliant, scalable data products and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or a related field with 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data management or data engineering.
• Applied knowledge of AI technologies and trends with a deep understanding of what being ‘AI-ready’ demands of Data Strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategies into architectural standards and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the target-state technical data architecture and multi-year roadmap for PGS & Enterprise Solutions.
• Own canonical data model and domain ontologies as governed artefacts built on open standards.
• Lead data contracts, schema standards and data product definitions with data owners.
• Establish data governance in a regulated (GxP) environment including data integrity by design.
