Job summary

Optum Insight Ireland is seeking a Senior Director, Technology to partner with business, product and technology leaders to identify and deliver AI-enabled products and innovations. Based in Dublin or Letterkenny, the role reports to the CIO - Ireland and operates within a matrixed global organisation.

The position emphasizes turning opportunities into tangible outcomes and leveraging Ireland's innovation ecosystem.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in product development and technology delivery within large organizations.
Experience applying an AI-first approach to product opportunities and lifecycle.
Healthcare technology domain knowledge and ability to translate strategy into roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Identify, shape and prioritise new technology-enabled products and initiatives aligned to strategy.
Lead delivery of high-value product and innovation initiatives with clear outcomes and roadmaps.
Apply AI-first mindset to product development, deployment, adoption and value realisation.
Translate business needs into product concepts, experiments and scalable delivery plans.
Build cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, AI and Technology.
