Qualifications

• Proven significant leadership experience in analytics, operations, transformation, strategy, technology, healthcare, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
• Proven ability to thrive in highly matrixed environments and partner across business, technology, analytics, and product teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, bias for action, and ability to communicate across a large organization.
• Proven experience developing business cases, operating models, and strategic roadmaps.
• Demonstrated understanding of analytics, AI, automation, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Strong judgment to prioritize in ambiguous environments and translate insights into decisions.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale analytics, BI, technology, or transformation projects.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver analytics insights aligned to strategic priorities across Clinical, Formulary, Finance, Rebates, and Product.
• Identify opportunities to apply analytics, AI, and automation to generate enterprise PBM impact.
• Advance the strategic agenda to evolve the team into an AI-native analytics organization.
• Act as the primary liaison for business domains supported by the analytics team and expand analytics support across PBM domains.
• Collaborate with Data Strategy & Analytics teams to ensure a coordinated approach delivering outcomes.
• Build relationships with technology leaders to support integrated analytics and AI delivery.
• Establish governance, prioritization, and performance tracking focused on high-value outcomes.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across analytics teams.
• Ensure analytics capabilities are scalable, compliant, and adaptable to changing needs.
• Champion AI-enabled analytics delivering proactive, high-impact insights.
• Support the PBM AI-native vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Identify tech-enabled opportunities to strengthen decision support and efficiency.
• Promote responsible use of enterprise data assets.
