Based in Ireland, the successful candidate will lead a portfolio spanning UnitedHealthcare, Optum Health, and Payment Integrity, leveraging data and emerging technologies to accelerate value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Proven understanding of the U.S. healthcare system or healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
• Experience leading ideation, growth initiatives, or product/clinical initiatives in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Ideation & Growth portfolio across providers and clinical solutions to deliver medical cost savings and growth.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Clinical Growth initiatives from opportunity identification to realization of value.
• Develop multi-year growth strategy informed by spend trends, billing behaviors, and market opportunities.
• Provide governance and forecasting oversight for initiative pipelines and value realization.
• Champion AI/ML and data-driven approaches to improve ideation precision and deployment velocity.
