Job summary

Optum Ireland is seeking a Senior Director, Technology to lead cross-functional teams delivering high-value technology-enabled products and innovations. You will partner with Optum Insight business, product, and technology leaders to translate strategy into scalable roadmaps and outcomes.

Based in Dublin or Letterkenny, you will drive AI-enabled initiatives, adopt an AI-first lifecycle, and influence across a global matrixed organisation. Hybrid working with home and office time is supported.

Qualifications

Senior technology leadership experience in product development and delivery.
Demonstrated AI-first approach to opportunity framing and deployment.
Strong understanding of healthcare technology, data, and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

Identify and shape technology-enabled product opportunities aligned to strategy.
Lead creation of roadmaps, success metrics, and value realization.
Apply AI Delivery Lifecycle across opportunities from discovery to scale.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Technology teams to deliver solutions.
Engage with Ireland-based incentives and partnerships to accelerate value.
