Job summary

• Code-first foundation with software engineering background.
• Proven track record leading SRE or reliability-focused orgs at scale.
• Experience in incident leadership and reducing toil.
• Deep observability, SLI/SLO, and telemetry standards experience.
• Experience leading safe adoption of enterprise AI capabilities.
• Security-first mindset across design through production.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end reliability of the network estate; define operating model and reliability outcomes.
• Leads multi-team SRE organization; hire and develop SRE managers and senior engineers.
• Runs embedded SRE model inside network engineering teams with central standards.
• Establishes SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; drives alerting and observability standards.
• Drives toil reduction and self-healing infrastructure; reduces manual work.
• Translates operational reliability needs into platform/data requirements and tooling.
• Leads major/incident response and post-incident reviews to durable fixes.
• Drives AI-native work practices with validation, ensuring speed does not compromise security or reliability.
• Partners with leadership to align reliability strategy with business terms.
• Applies security and operational-risk judgement across the lifecycle.
