Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III to join the Infrastructure Data Platform in Ireland.

You will solve complex problems and improve availability, reliability, and scalability of critical systems through code, cloud infrastructure, and end-to-end ownership. You will guide teams, design and implement automated deployment and reliability approaches, and use enterprise AI to accelerate incident triage and post-incident analysis while ensuring data sensitivity and risk

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in site reliability engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SRE culture and practices.
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .NET.
• Experience with AI-enabled operations and data sensitivity awareness.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and Snowflake for reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor peers in building design consensus and SRE best practices.
• Collaborate to design, test, and implement CI/CD and reliability approaches.
• Utilize enterprise AI for incident triage, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis.
• Implement infrastructure as code for applications and platforms.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues using SLOs and indicators.
• Apply AI to identify reliability risks and prioritize improvements.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of services with partners.
