Job summary

RIP.ie, Ireland's leading grief content platform, seeks a dynamic Digital Content Editor to spearhead our content strategy across our website, social channels and Parting Words podcast. You will own the podcast from concept to distribution, lead a small team of in-house and freelance talent, and shape a measurable content plan that grows engagement and reach.

You will drive SEO-focused content, digital marketing initiatives and branded content opportunities, while staying ahead of industry

Qualifications

5-7 years leading content strategies with measurable results.
Strong writing, editing and storytelling across media.
Proven SEO, digital marketing and analytics experience.

Responsibilities

Research and develop engaging written, audio and video content for all digital platforms including websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and content is optimised for search engines.
Oversee content creation, editing, and publishing, ensuring it meets company guidelines and standard.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase engagement, website traffic, and social media followers/readership.
Develop branded content solutions in partnership with the Media Solutions team.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital channels are cutting edge and relevant.
