Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Senior Account & Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10–15 UK and US client accounts, guiding project delivery and client success for a remote, full-time role.

You will lead client meetings, manage timelines, and coordinate internal teams to ensure on-schedule, within-scope delivery while driving SEO and growth initiatives across campaigns and website projects.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including at least 5 years within a marketing or digital agency.
• Proven experience independently managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, Google Search Console, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects using ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication (C1/C2).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 active client accounts.
• Lead recurring client meetings and provide timely follow-up communication.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage expectations, priorities, timelines, and project delivery.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Own projects from planning through final delivery using ClickUp or similar tool.
• Coordinate internal teams, monitor workloads, and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Develop and support SEO strategies and long-term growth plans.
• Review website performance, analytics, and campaign results.
• Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure deliverables are reviewed before publication.
• Support website launches and digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate work across remote delivery teams.
• Prepare operational updates and communicate project status to leadership.
• Help improve internal processes and delivery efficiency.
