ICDS (UK) Ltd is seeking a Design Manager for residential developments in Limerick. You will oversee design delivery from pre-construction to handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet programme, budget and quality targets across Ireland.

The role requires 5+ years in design management within construction, with strong experience in housing or apartment projects and a relevant qualification. The position offers a competitive salary of €80,000–€90,000 plus pension and healthcare.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in a Design Management role within construction.
Strong experience working on residential, housing or apartment developments.
Relevant construction, engineering or architectural qualification.
Strong technical understanding and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the design process from pre-construction through to completion.
Lead and coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
Ensure designs are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Review and manage design information, drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
Identify and resolve design issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with the construction and commercial teams to ensure effective project delivery.
Attend design and project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards and project requirements.
