Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Limerick is seeking a Construction Director to lead Irish residential projects from pre-construction through handover. This full‑time, office-led and site-based role requires strategic and operational leadership across the construction function, delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget.

You will head project and site teams, manage contractors and supply-chain partners, collaborate with Development, Commercial, Design and Finance, and embed a culture of safety,

Qualifications

• Extensive senior construction management experience in residential housing or large-scale property development.
• Proven track record delivering multiple residential projects end-to-end.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills across PMs, site teams and contractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, HSE, quality control and building regulations.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness including budgets and procurement.
• Excellent understanding of programmes, risk management and reporting.
• Experience with public-sector bodies and private partners advantageous.

• Oversee successful delivery of Irish residential construction projects from pre-construction to handover.
