State Street in Kilkenny is seeking a Depositary Oversight Specialist to join the Institutional Services team. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, oversee depositary operating models, and deliver high-quality client and internal outputs.

The role requires experience with funds, UCITS/AIFMD familiarity, and strong IT and Excel skills. You will coordinate with stakeholders to meet SLAs and KPIs while supporting the firm’s long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified and familiar with fund regulations (UCITS/AIFMD).
• Experience with structured products including derivatives is advantageous.
• Strong Excel/Word skills and regulatory awareness.

Responsabilités

• Complete reviews in line with allocation and governance.
• Ensure timely and proper completion of tasks.
• Review and comment on draft prospectuses and financial statements.
• Review funds for regulatory compliance on a daily/monthly basis.
• Rectify breaches in the regulatory log and respond to client queries.
• Test compliance monitoring systems and report results.
• Review NAV components, distributions, and performance fees for funds.
• Assist with review of operational departments to ensure fund documentation compliance.
