Job summary

Waystone is seeking an Associate-Depositary Services to join its depositary team in Ireland. You will contribute to monitoring and oversight duties for a range of alternative investment fund clients, ensuring compliance with AIFMD, CPF and related directives.

The role emphasizes supporting daily cash monitoring, reporting, and oversight tasks while collaborating with experienced professionals to maintain robust controls and client service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in funds sector.
• Understanding of depositary/trustee services desirable but not essential.
• Understanding of AIFMD and related regulatory concepts is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the depositary team to deliver monitoring and oversight services to a number of alternative investment fund clients.
• Support client reporting and oversee Depo-lite related requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable directives and internal policies.

Education

University degree (e.g. Business /Accountancy/Finance desirable)
