Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Depositary Oversight Specialist to join the Client Reporting Team within Depositary Oversight. You will prepare, oversee, and review client reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports, while liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, teamwork, and meeting regulatory obligations. Hybrid working applies, with office presence required four days a week in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification with relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of UCITS, Non-UCITS, and AIFMD is advantageous.
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, oversee, and review client reporting, including monthly and quarterly client reports.
• Complete CPT letters and financial statement reviews, in line with procedures and regulatory obligations.
• Deliver client reporting to a high standard and within agreed targets on an ongoing basis.
• Liaise with clients, company secretaries, and internal stakeholders as required, ensuring clear communication and strong client service.
• Support the supervision of team members in their review of funds to ensure compliance with investment restrictions.
• Review and comment on draft prospectuses and financial statements.
• Devise work programs and schedules to support effective delivery of reporting obligations.
• Respond to client queries in accordance with departmental requirements.
