Job summary

State Street in Kilkenny is seeking a Depositary Oversight Specialist to join our Depositary Oversight team reporting to a Manager. The role is based in Kilkenny office and contributes to high-quality client and internal deliverables, ensuring regulatory compliance and KPI targets.

The successful candidate will bring knowledge of funds, UCITS/AIFMD familiarity, and strong IT and communication skills to support the Institutional Services function and client relationships globally.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification and regulatory framework understanding.
• Experience with UCITS/Non-UCITS/AIFMD is advantageous.
• Experience in Depositary/Trustee role is relevant.
• Strong Excel/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete reviews in line with allocation.
• Ensure timely and proper completion of tasks.
• Review and comment on draft prospectuses and financial statements.
• Review portfolios for regulatory investment restrictions and borrowing power limits daily and monthly.
• Rectify breaches on regulatory log once resolved.
• Respond to client queries per department requirements.
• Test compliance monitoring systems and reporting.
