Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for the Test and Learn group. You will pioneer analytics that drive end-to-end experimentation and scalable solutions for a global client base, including issuers, acquirers, and merchants.

You will work across product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex data science into tangible products and impact. The role requires strong research capabilities and a track record in data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in data science or equivalent graduate coursework.
• Experience applying machine learning, causal inference, and/or generative AI to real-world problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive research of new functionality within an analytics platform used by large organizations to inform multi-million-dollar decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with product management to understand and solve customer needs requiring analytic solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide the implementation of analytic ideas into Mastercard's products.
• Identify problems and drive innovative analytics solutions across business units.
