Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for the Test and Learn team to advance analytics across our global platform. You will design experiments, apply advanced ML methods, and translate insights into scalable products used by issuers, acquirers and merchants.

You will partner with product, data engineering and risk teams to drive impactful, data-driven decisions while mentoring junior colleagues and helping shape our analytics strategy for high-volume environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of data science experience.
Experience applying ML, causal inference, and AI methods to real-world problems.
Strong business acumen and communication skills.
Ability to work across product and engineering teams.

Responsabilités

Drive research of new functionality within an analytics platform used by the world's largest organizations to make critical, multi-million-dollar decisions.
Work cross-functionally with product management to understand and solve customer needs requiring novel analytic solutions.
Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to help guide the implementation of your analytic ideas into our products.
Collaborate with leaders across the business unit to identify problems and drive innovative solutions.
