Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in data science or equivalent coursework.
• Experience applying machine learning, causal inference, and generative AI to real-world problems.
• Strong ability to translate analytic results into business impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive research of new functionality within an analytics platform used by large organizations.
• Collaborate with product management to understand and solve customer needs with novel analytics.
• Work with engineering to implement analytic ideas into Mastercard products.
