Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in data science or equivalent graduate coursework.
• Experience applying machine learning, causal inference, and generative and agentic AI to real world problems.
• Strong ability to transform business questions into analytic solutions and communicate results effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive research of new functionality within an analytics platform used by large organizations to support multi-million-dollar decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management to solve customer needs with novel analytic solutions.
• Work with engineering teams to guide implementation of analytic ideas into Mastercard products.
• Collaborate with business-unit leaders to identify problems and drive innovative solutions.
