Musgrave Group is seeking a Senior Data Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives. You will work with Technical Programme Managers and Data Architects to ensure projects are governed, tracked and delivered with strong stakeholder alignment.
The role is based in Ireland with a flexible work location. A hybrid work model applies, with some travel to Cork required to coordinate with local teams.

We are seeking a Senior Data Project Manager to support the structured delivery of data and analytics initiatives across the organisation.
Reporting to theProject Management Lead, the roleis responsible forplanning,trackingand coordinating project delivery, ensuring initiatives are delivered in a controlled,transparentand well-governed manner.
The role focuses on delivery discipline,governanceand stakeholder coordination, working alongside Technical Programme Managers, Data Architects and Engineering teams to ensure projects are executed effectively.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for data and analytics initiatives, including planning,trackingand controlling project budgets and financial performance, from initiation through to delivery and closure.
Develop andmaintainproject plans, timelines,milestonesand deliverables.
Track and report on project progress, ensuring transparency across stakeholders.
Identifyand manage risks,issuesand dependencies, escalating whereappropriate.
Coordinate project activities across technical teams, businessstakeholdersand external partners.
Support project scoping,planningand prioritisation activities.
Ensure project governance standards, methodologies and documentation are consistently applied.
Facilitate project meetings,workshopsand steering updates.
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and structured reporting.
Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.

Experience delivering projects in data,technologyor analytics environments.
A strong background in project management methodologies (waterfall, agile or hybrid).
Proven ability to manage project plans, timelines,risksand stakeholder communications.
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working in structured environments, applying governance and delivery standards.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Ability to manage competing priorities andmaintaindelivery discipline in fast-moving.
Experience working in data,analyticsor data platform environments.
Exposure to agile delivery practices or hybrid delivery models.
Familiarity with project portfolio or change management processes.

Third-level qualification in IT, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
