As Data Products and Metadata Lead, you will play a key role in establishing and scaling Musgrave’s enterprise data asset, metadata, and data product capability.
You will define and implement the approaches, standards, and practices required to ensure that data is consistently defined, discoverable, and reusable across the organisation.
Working closely with business, analytics, and technology teams, you will enable the development of governed data products built on a shared data platform, supporting cross-functional insight, operational efficiency, and AI use cases.
This role reports into the Head of Data Governance, in the IT division and the role can be based in Dublin or Cork.
This role is central to enabling Musgrave to reuse data effectively across the organisation - ensuring that key data is clearly defined, consistently managed, and easily discoverable.
By establishing strong metadata, master data, and data product practices, you will support cross-functional collaboration, reduce duplication, and enable scalable analytics and AI across the business
