Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 7+ years of related experience in product management, data management, or data strategy.
• Strong experience treating data as a product, including defining roadmaps and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Own the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HPEFS.
• Manage the full data product lifecycle from ideation to deprecation.
• Define data quality rules, metadata, and governance standards.
• Ensure data products are reusable and scalable across dashboards, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Analytics, and Compliance.
