• Relevant certifications such as EPI CDCP or CompTIA equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage ticket queues, prioritizing by business impact and escalations with documentation.
• Lead day-to-day operations by guiding Data Center Technicians and overseeing hardware troubleshooting.
• Coordinate rack-and-stack, cabling, and deployment across server lifecycle.
• Support data center projects, capacity expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Participate in incident management, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead change management processes and act as change initiator when required.
• Maintain inventory, asset tracking, and operational records.
• Build cross-functional relationships and drive continuous improvement.
