Job summary

Codec is seeking a Solution Architect ROI in Dublin to shape solution strategy, manage scope and risks, and serve as the primary technical counterpart to our clients. You’ll be hands-on for spikes, POCs and critical flows while steering multi-team delivery, roadmap and commercials.

You’ll work across Azure, D365 CE and Power Platform, lead executive workshops, define target architectures and drive governance, ALM and security at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience: ~10+ years in consulting/enterprise delivery with multi-workstream ownership.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Commercial & licensing knowledge of D365/Power Platform licensing impacts.
• Dataverse modelling, integration/security patterns, non-functional design.
• Governance & ALM: environment strategy and release governance.

Responsibilities

• Define target architectures on Power Platform/D365 CE.
• Own technical scope, estimates, and assumptions; run change control.
• Lead C-suite and business workshops; align competing priorities.
• Shape bids/SoWs, delivery plans, and commercials; support account growth.
• Approve patterns for Azure integration, identity, and data governance.
• Design environment topology, DLP, solution layering; enforce CI/CD.
• Mentor Senior consultants; build reusable assets.
