Job summary

Allied Irish Banks in Ireland seeks a Senior Cyber Governance Manager to lead CSRO governance, strengthen oversight of cyber security, resilience and technology risk, and coordinate Board and Executive governance across the organisation.

You will shape governance strategy, provide clear insight to senior leadership, and drive actions to improve regulatory readiness and risk management in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Significant governance and cyber security experience in a regulated organisation.
• Experience shaping governance frameworks with senior management reporting.
• Understanding of cyber/ICT risk and three-lines model, with relevant frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance CSRO governance framework and escalation processes.
• Oversee Executive and Board governance and reporting on cyber and technology risk.
• Provide constructive challenge and clear governance insight to senior leaders.
• Manage regulatory, audit and assurance engagements and actions.
• Maintain oversight of material issues and remediation with clear accountabilities.
• Build relationships across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Internal Audit.
• Lead and develop the governance team and drive continuous improvement.
